Relationships and sex education policy
1. Aims
Our RSE curriculum helps pupils develop healthy, respectful relationships and keep themselves safe.
2. Consultation with parents
We consulted parents in summer term 2026 and shared the curriculum content in advance.
3. Right to withdraw
Parents can ask to withdraw their child from sex education up to three terms before the child turns 16. They cannot withdraw from relationships education or health education.
